Sustainability gets students’ vote - by David Cohn
Portland State University students have voted in favor of the Green Initiative Fund, a new referendum that will raise student fees by $5 a term to pay for sustainable projects intended to reduce the school's carbon footprint. It joins more than 60 schools imposing such a fee.
