A 1.5 day seminar dedicated to the study of climate change as it impacts the wine industry. Hosted by Pancho Villa, founder of the World Congress on Climate Change & Wine.
Program includes: carbon reduction strategies, outlooks for changes in pests and diseases in vines, and the potential need for the evolution of the industry in light of current climate change scenarios.
Special guest: Rob Erlichman of Sunlight Electric will present "Reducing Wineries Carbon Footprints with Solar Power." Seminar will be held at Gloria Ferrer Winery in Carneros.
