IntertechPira's second annual Organic Photovoltaics conference provides a venue for industry experts, researchers, customers and investors to address the opportunities and most critical challenges for the commercialization of OPV technologies. Drawing on advances in industries outside photovoltaics – most notably organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) – OPV technologies have seen significant development in recent years. There are, however, still lessons to be learned to address the ongoing challenges of efficiency and device degradation. At Organic Photovoltaics 2008, 18 experts from the OLEDs, printed electronics and organic photovoltaics communities will address these challenges and provide key market, technology and applications insights.
